Child Custody:

Child custody means the rights and responsibilities of a parent which the parent possesses and carries with one’s own child. When a difference of opinion occurs between a husband and wife, then they move to the court for seeking a Divorce. For e.g. if a child is born between your marital relationships, during the divorce proceedings it becomes necessary to decide that in whose custody the child will be placed. Some parent may neglect the child and the custody of the child spontaneously goes to the other parent who wishes the custody of such child. Some parents may feel the child as a burden to them, if they wish to remarry again. In such a situation, they agree to leave the child in the custody of the other parent.

Consult an experienced family law attorney as the child custody involves many areas such as child visitation, child support and an experienced attorney will assist you to obtain the custody of the child.
