Can the premarital agreements contested?

If the agreement is not made properly, it can be contested on several grounds such as non disclosure of all the properties or the party has been compelled to write an agreement for the sake of the marriage or the party has been fully drunk while writing the agreement, or the party did not understand the agreement at all, etc.

Whether I can make arrangements for my future children, in the premarital agreement?

As per law, you cannot negotiate such issues before a child is born. But, even if you make any such arrangements for your future children, the court is always the deciding authority as far as the child is concerned. Such an arrangement may be considered in case of sudden death. It depends upon the circumstances of the case.
