The house which I am going to purchase has 4 tenants. After I buy the house how can I evict the tenants?
If you buy a house which has more tenants, you cannot evict them until you get the eviction order from the court. If the tenants are legally valid tenants the court cannot evict them until the lease period comes to an end.
I have entered a sale contract with the buyer. The buyer has made a down payment of $1000. But he has not paid the remaining amount within the stipulated period as mentioned in the contract. How can I enforce the sale contract?
You can ask the buyer to perform his part of the sale contract by paying the remaining amount. If the buyer does not perform his part, you can withhold the down payment and can claim compensation for the loss suffered by you.
After I entered a sale contract with the seller, the seller has sold the land to a different buyer. What should I do to claim my right?
You can file a complaint against the seller for his fraudulent act and you can claim compensation for the loss suffered by you.
