The landlord has to give an account to you stating the amount spent by him for repairing the doors and window panes. After deducting the amount from the security deposit he has to return the remaining amount to you. Without informing me, my tenant has given a sublease to another person. Can I proceed to evict my tenant? Yes. The rule is that the tenant must get a prior permission from you before he sublets the property to another person.
